My Mission

  1. To use my book "Meaningful Memories" as a guide to illustrate the how our first attempts in learning "F.A.I.L"  in our personal lives and careers can be rekindled as millennials and boomers in the post COVID new age  and used to ignite our passions and craft personalized pathways in intergenerational age friendly active communities  that enable us to "live life to the fullest."
  2. To recount my recollections of those meaningful memories in a reader friendly informative format that will make you recall your F.A.I.L.s with a smile on your face and give you the confidence to move on
  3. To  illustrate why life  in an intergenerational age friendly community such as  Saint John on the Bay of Fundy, one of those very special east coast communities that "By the Bay Boys" go through life  with memories they never want to let go of . The rekindling of these memories  ignites makes them want to return and "come home"  as boomers age to these small town communities that are consistently ranked as populations with the happiest people in Canada with seniors age friendly environments (S.A.F.E).
  4. To make the case for the lifestyle advantages of small town intergenerational age friendly affordable active community living.
  5. To leverage my expertise in multi-disciplinary professional careers  as a law professor, “new age” innovative career  program advisor  and “professional services thought leader” for the “Big 4” global consultancies to write reader friendly informative thought leader perspectives for millennials and boomers wanting to embark on their "new age  stage of life" in in age friendly active community living or "encore careers" that will make sense out of so much  of the nonsense in this age of uncertainty.  
  6. To make the  John G. Kelly Thought Leader articles and case studies the must go to source for informative up to date information on "living life to the fullest" ​ in age friendly small town  intergenerational active communities.
